Digital Product & Refund Policy

Digital access is provided immediately after successful payment. Because digital resources cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are not automatically available after access has been delivered.

When we will help

If the purchased resource is materially defective, inaccessible, duplicated by mistake, or significantly different from the product description, contact us at support@trillionaitech.com. Include the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits remedies or rights available under applicable consumer law. Where a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy is legally required, we will provide it.

Unauthorised payments

If you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact us promptly and also use the dispute/security process offered by your card issuer or payment provider where appropriate.
