Digital products

Our current paid products are downloadable or browser-delivered digital resources. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Licence

A purchase gives the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource for their own business or personal work. You may modify worksheets for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload to a public repository, sublicense, or claim our original material as your own product.

No guaranteed results

Our tools support planning and execution. They do not guarantee revenue, business success, search rankings, audience growth or any particular financial result. Outcomes depend on the offer, market, execution and other factors outside our control.

AI content

Prompts and AI-assisted workflows require human review. You are responsible for checking generated material for accuracy, legality, intellectual-property issues and suitability before publishing or relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use our material to facilitate fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, malware, rights violations or deceptive marketing.

Availability and changes

We may update the website or products to correct errors, improve quality or respond to legal/security requirements. We will not intentionally remove a paid buyer's access without providing a reasonable alternative where practical.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable New Zealand consumer protections.
